WMU is the often-used abbreviation for Woman's Missionary Union, a magazine and curriculum publisher for missions-related information. (And no, that's not a typo. It's "woman's," not women's.) New Hope Publishers, the book publishing division of WMU, is geared toward religious themes as well.
During my time at WMU, I was fortunate to:
• art direct, produce, & illustrate for monthly magazines for young girls and teens,
• design, produce, & illustrate book covers and interiors,
• create catalogs,
• prepare conference materials and exhibits, and
• design the organization's first website.
The samples shown here are just a small portion of the work produced, but a good representation of the wide-variety of skills I was able to bring to the table.
